IEMSA Events

INDIANA EMS COMMISION & IEMSA GENERAL MEETINGS– Most of the meetings this year will be on Fridays. The Commission begins at 10 EST and the IEMSA meetings start at Noon. All of these will be held at MADE, 1610 Reeves Rd. Plainfield, IN 46168. 

The September meeting will be held in conjunction with the Indiana Emergency Response Conference on September 17, 2025

The final meeting of the year will be held in conjunction with the IEMSA Conference on November 19, 2025 at 10 am with the IEMSA meeting being held at 1 pm at the French Lick Resort.

The 2025 dates for  Indiana EMS Commission Meetings are as follows:

April 7 - 12, 2025 - FDIC AND JEMS CONFERENCE - Once again, Indianapolis will be the host of this conference and again JEMS will be holding their conference in cooperation with FDIC. This will be at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. www.fdic.com

May 17, 2025 - RUNNING WITH SHEARS - This year the Indiana EMS Foundation, Inc. will be hosting their annual 5k run in May 17, 2025 on the Indiana State Museum Lawn. This is great event and IEMSA is proud to play a small part in it. IEMSA and IEMSF share the same goal in trying to raise funds for an EMS Memorial to be placed along side the Fire and Police Memorials on the State House Grounds. May 17, 2025 - GOLDEN SIREN AWARDS - The Golden Siren Banquet is scheduled in the month of May 17, 2025 from 5-9 PM at the PRIMO Banquet Center 2615 National Ave. Indianapolis. This dinner is held to honor the inductees of Indiana’s EMS Hall of Fame, which is named the Golden Siren Award. Other awards and recognitions are also presented.

June 18 - 20, 2025 - INDIANA VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS ASSOC. - The IVFA Convention will be held at Madison, IN - Clifty Falls State Park.  www.ivfa.org

July 26, 2025 - SUPPORTING HEROES - If you are not familiar with this organization you need to be. Their mission is to honor the service and sacrifice of Public Safety Heroes who give their lives in the line of duty by caring for the loved ones they leave behind. This group covers Indiana, Kentucky, and Missouri. Their big event is their Heroes Tribute Gala which is being held July 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in Owensboro, KY. IEMSA will have a table at this event. www.supportingheroes.org

September 6, 2025 - INDIANA EMS ASSOCIATION - INAUGURAL MOTORCYCLE POKER RUN - Vincennes, IN.  Watch for more information as it becomes available.  

September 17, 2025 - INDIANA EMERGENCY RESPONSE CONFERENCE- Hosted by the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association, this event will be at the Embassy Suites, Noblesville, IN. IEMSA will also have a booth at this conference. www.indianaerc.com

October 20 - 24, 2025 - EMS WORLD EXPO - This will be in Indianapolis, IN. IEMSA has strong ties to NAEMT which is a partner with EMS World and we continue to offer joint membership with them. November 19 - 21, 2025 - INDIANA EMS ASSOCIATION / INDIANA ENA PRESENT: CROSSROADS EMERGENCY EDUCATION CONFERENCE - French Lick Resort will once again be the host site for the 2025 Education Conference. The dates for the conference are November 19 (Pre-Conference events), November 20 & 21, 2025 for the full conference.
